Delivery time & shipping within the Netherlands.
After completing your order, we will do our utmost to deliver the order to you as quickly as possible. We try to process orders placed before 4:00 PM on workdays the same day.
We don’t always succeed, but this doesn’t happen. If for some reason we do not achieve this failure, we will inform you as soon as possible.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
The international prices on our website do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €2.95 up to a purchase of €50.00, above which shipping is free.
Delivery is processed by DLS logistics and then goes via the postman of PostNL’s parcel deliverer. We aim to ensure that your intended products are delivered to the address you specified within 5 days.
Delivery time & shipping outside the Netherlands.
Orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are levied once a delivery reaches the destination country. Simultaneous additional costs are at your expense. Please note that customs duties and ink costs vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Cooling-off period/returns
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. perhaps because the product is not suitable or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you repeatedly have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 4.43 per package, consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to DLS Logistics, Delta 134, 6825 MV in Arnhem in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@thenooricompany.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

NOORI CBD oil, CBG oil and skin care products are offered without a box.
By dealing more consciously with unnecessary packaging material, these products are only sent in a shipping bag.
This prevents unnecessary burden on the environment and our products fit through the letterbox, so you do not have to be at home to receive them.
